The back-to-school season kicked off with the School of Nursing’s white coat ceremony for its Master’s Entry Program in Nursing (MEPN) students in June and ran through October with the School of Pharmacy’s white coat ceremony.

There have been smiles, hugs and flowers during the 2018 commencement season at UC San Francisco.
This year, the four professional schools – dentistry, medicine, nursing and pharmacy – and the Graduate Division each held ceremonies to honor those graduating from their programs, and heading off to the next step in their careers.
